The Baxter Building
The Fantastic Four's iconic home, the Baxter Building, makes a prominent appearance. Unsurprisingly, given the Season 1 focus on the Fantastic Four, players begin the game here.
Avengers Tower & Oscorp Tower
Exploring Midtown reveals both Avengers Tower and Oscorp Tower. Oscorp, Norman Osborn's (Green Goblin) lair, sits alongside Avengers Tower, normally home to Earth's Mightiest Heroes. However, in Marvel Rivals' storyline, Dracula has seized control of Avengers Tower.
Fisk Tower
Kingpin's (Wilson Fisk) imposing tower is another easily spotted landmark. Its presence, however, doesn't necessarily hint at Daredevil's imminent arrival.
F.E.A.S.T.
The F.E.A.S.T. Community Center, a homeless shelter featured in Marvel's Spider-Man games, makes a cameo. While not a major comic book element, its inclusion is a nice touch, particularly given May Parker's association with it.

Van Dyne
Even heroes need to advertise! A Van Dyne fashion boutique advertisement suggests the involvement of either Janet Van Dyne or Hope Van Dyne.
