What's New in This Anniversary Update?
The Old School RuneScape sixth anniversary update focuses on enhancing ease of use, improving the overall experience, and speeding up gameplay. Key improvements include a customizable interface, Side Stones, hotkeys, and much more.
The new mobile UI allows for extensive personalization. You can now add Side Stones—a central hub for combat and casual gameplay—providing quick access to your inventory, equipment, spells, and friends list.
Five hotkeys are now available directly on the screen, making switching between layouts incredibly easy. The ability to save up to three different layouts simplifies transitions between various game activities.
This update introduces the Menu Entry Swapper (MES), allowing you to customize interactions with NPCs and items, tailoring the game to your preferred playstyle.
