Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Collaboration: March 18, 2025
Overwatch 2 and LE SSERAFIM are teaming up again! This collaboration, timed to coincide with LE SSERAFIM's new album "Hot," will feature brand-new cosmetic items and in-game challenges. This marks a return engagement, following their successful November 2023 collaboration celebrating "Perfect Night." A trailer released on March 11th via Twitter (X) officially confirmed the event, following a February 12th announcement during an Overwatch 2 Spotlight.
New skins will adorn Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Fans can also revisit and purchase re-colored skins from the 2023 collaboration, featuring LE SSERAFIM versions of Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte.
While the popular Concert Clash mode from the previous collaboration won't be returning (as it was tied to the "Perfect Night" music video), players have a chance to earn the legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by completing event challenges.
Aimee Denett, Overwatch Associate Director of Product Management, spoke with Polygon on March 11th, explaining, "This time around, we wanted to be part of celebrating their new album." She added, "While we don’t have a new song specific to Overwatch, we wanted to celebrate K-pop culture, so we created a visualizer for one of the new songs and extensive cosmetics for this collaboration."
