Rainbow Six Mobile and Tom Clancy's The Division Resurgence have been delayed again. Instead of launching in 2024-2025, Ubisoft now plans to release both games after its FY25 fiscal year, meaning sometime in early 2025 at the earliest. This decision, detailed in a recent business document, aims to minimize competition within the already saturated tactical shooter market.

The delay isn't due to unfinished development; rather, Ubisoft seeks to optimize launch performance by avoiding a crowded release window. The company wants to ensure strong initial KPIs in a highly competitive market. This strategy prioritizes a successful launch over a quicker release.
