Split Fiction Unveils Crossplay Capabilities in Highly Anticipated Hazelight Release

Hazelight Studios continues to stand out in the gaming industry with its unique approach to co-op gaming. Their innovative Friend's Pass system, requiring only one purchase for two-player gameplay, remains a distinctive feature. However, a previous limitation – the absence of crossplay – has been addressed.

Exciting news! Split Fiction will fully support crossplay functionality, as officially confirmed by the developers. The Friend's Pass system returns, meaning only one player needs to buy the game, although both players will require an EA account.

To further enhance accessibility, Hazelight is releasing a playable demo. Players can experience Split Fiction together, with their progress carrying over to the full game.

Split Fiction promises diverse environments, but its core focuses on the complexities and beauty of human connection. The game's launch is imminent – March 6th – on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
