Ticket To Ride Releases New Expansion, Legendary Asia, With New Characters And Maps

Marmalade Game Studio's Ticket to Ride receives a thrilling update: the Legendary Asia expansion! This fourth major expansion invites players on a captivating train journey across the diverse landscapes of Asia. New to the game? This is the perfect opportunity to jump in.

Legendary Asia: A Journey Through Time and Terrain

Explore the breathtaking Asian continent via train, encountering two intriguing new characters: Wang Ling, a renowned opera singer, and Lê Chinh, a worldly artisan. Their presence introduces iconic locomotives to the game, including the Emperor, the Mountain Maiden, and the luxurious Silk Zephyr carriage. For a more spiritual adventure, the Pagoda Pilgrim carriage awaits.

Strategic gameplay remains central, with a new twist: the Asian Explorer Bonus. Points are awarded for creating the longest routes and connecting the most cities, but only the first visit to each city counts. Careful planning is essential – no shortcuts allowed!

A Historical Perspective

The game is set in 1913, offering a unique historical perspective on the region's geography. Players will encounter a unified Korea, a different depiction of India, and altered borders reflecting the political landscape of the time. This adds a fascinating layer of historical context to the gameplay.

The Legendary Asia expansion is available now on the Google Play Store for Android devices. Embark on your adventure along the Silk Road or conquer the challenging Himalayan mountain passes!
