Stealth plays a crucial role in completing tasks within *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, and it's absolutely essential for successfully navigating the "Storm" quest. If you're aiming to conquer "Storm" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, sharpening your stealth skills is a must.
How To Start 'Storm' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
"Storm" marks the culmination of the main quests in the Trosky Region and propels you into the Kuttenberg Region for the first time. Much like "For Whom the Bell Tolls," you'll find yourself at a disadvantage as you embark on this quest. You'll be stripped of your armor, weapons, and even Saviour Schnapps, and your health will be compromised due to prior torture, which also affects your stamina.

Your first step is to scavenge some gear from the guards that Katherine neutralized during your prison break. While the armor and weapons aren't top-notch, they're better than nothing. Katherine also hands you her dagger, enabling you to execute stealth kills. Your next move is to ascend to the top of the Crone in Trosky. The guards are spaced out enough that you can either knock them out or use distractions to sneak past them.

At the summit of the Crone, you'll confront Istvan Toth. This encounter doesn't affect the quest's best ending, so if you're unsure about your combat skills, opting for a less honorable approach might be wise. Engaging Toth in a duel could lead to an easy defeat given your weakened state. After dealing with him, scour the room for everyone's belongings and collect crucial documents.
How To Escape Trosky in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Once you've handled Toth and reclaimed your gear, head back to the dungeon where you left your companions. They'll gear up and guide you through the escape tunnels, making this part of the quest straightforward and easy to navigate.

Begin by taking the right path and follow it as it ascends. This leads to a larger path patrolled by guards, but it's the route to Mika, who's been captured. Sneak up behind the guard, take him out, and free Mika. This not only saves your progress but also provides you with Mika's guidance for your next steps.

The final stretch of "Storm" requires a prolonged period of stealth. Follow the locations marked on your map according to Mika's instructions. Head towards the edge of the region, moving east and southeast to reach the main road in Apollonia, then proceed southward while staying hidden in the bushes to evade the guards. Although the marked area on your map appears vast, you only need to reach about halfway to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards and slip past them. Once the cutscene plays, your part in "Storm" concludes, and you'll transition to the Kuttenberg Region.
"Storm" stands out as one of the few quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* where stealth isn't just an option—it's a necessity. Prioritizing your stealth skills and perks before tackling this quest can significantly enhance your chances of remaining undetected.
