Just weeks after its launch, Miraibo GO, the mobile and PC monster-catching game from Dreamcube, unleashes its first season: Abyssal Souls. This Halloween-themed event, following over 100,000 Android downloads, brings a chilling new dimension to the PalWorld-esque gameplay.
For those unfamiliar, Miraibo GO immerses players in a vast open world filled with diverse Mira – creatures ranging from imposing reptiles to charming avian and small mammal-like beings. Over one hundred Mira, each with unique skills and elemental affinities, await capture and strategic deployment in battles across varied terrains. Beyond combat, players manage their base, utilizing Mira for resource gathering, farming, and construction.
Season Worlds: A Realm of Seasonal Content
Miraibo GO's season system introduces Season Worlds. Each event opens a temporal rift in the game lobby, transporting players to a parallel dimension with unique Mira, structures, progression mechanics, and items. Season rewards, earned based on player progress, are redeemable in the main game world.Abyssal Souls: Confronting the Annihilator
Abyssal Souls plunges players into a Halloween-themed world dominated by the Annihilator, a formidable ancient evil. Alongside the Annihilator are event-exclusive Mira: Darkraven, Scaraber, and Voidhowl. Players must overcome these challenging foes, remembering that Mira are stronger at night.
This season offers a level playing field. Leveling up increases health instead of attribute points, and a new Souls system provides stat bonuses, though losing battles forfeits accumulated souls. Equipment and Mira are retained upon death.
A unique free-for-all PvP system unfolds on the Annihilator-created island, offering a high-stakes path to rewards or soul depletion. Victories yield Spectral Shards for special items, while new buildings like the Abyss Altar, Pumpking Lamp, and Mystic Cauldron enhance the experience. The Ruin Arena provides additional PvP and a Ruin Defense Event.
Beyond combat, players can enjoy special Halloween costumes and accessories.
