How It Works
Passengers must display their electronic ticket on their mobile device to fare control officers or drivers for verification.
Your electronic ticket remains valid until reaching the final destination and can be found in the "Active Tickets" section. Past tickets are available in "Trip History".
By using SMSBUS for public transport payments, users agree to our Terms of Service available on our website.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
Common reasons for failed payments:
- Corporate mobile numbers
- Outstanding balance on trust payments
- No account top-ups since number activation
- Initial balance not utilized
- SIM card replacement within last 24 hours
Virtual Transport Cards
Passengers can create free virtual transit cards within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards. For other concession cards, please visit our office with required documentation.

- Halyk Bank (Homebank)
- Other supported banking apps
