EA Motive and SEED are set to unveil their innovative approach to texture creation at the upcoming Game Developers Conference. They will showcase their "Texture Sets" technology, which streamlines the process by merging related textures into a single resource, enhancing processing efficiency and enabling the creation of new textures. This presentation will be spearheaded by Martin Palko, EA's lead technical artist, who will delve into the intricacies of texture and graphic development for games like Dead Space and Iron Man.

During the conference, attendees might get a glimpse of actual gameplay footage or detailed insights into the much-anticipated Iron Man game. Announced in 2022, the project has been shrouded in mystery, fueling speculation about its potential cancellation. However, EA Motive's participation in GDC reaffirms that the game is still in active development. The conference is scheduled from March 17 to 21, 2025.

Details about the Iron Man game remain scarce, but it is confirmed to be a single-player experience featuring RPG elements and an open world, all powered by Unreal Engine 5. Fans can also look forward to the integration of the flight system from Anthem, a previous project by EA Motive, promising a dynamic and immersive gameplay experience.
